We want ShopBot owners to be as productive as possible with their tools and we are committed to providing them with outstanding and continuing support as they work with their ShopBots no matter what the application. We try to answer technical support requests within a few hours - including evenings, weekends, and holidays and have an experienced tech support team ready to help with problems or questions about CNC cutting and machining.

Files and Projects Ready to Cut.  ShopBot has developed a new web site that we call 'Project Wizard' to provide ready-to-use cutting files for parts and projects. Two types of files are available form Project Wizard. The first type can be described as hard-coded Plans in the sense that they are completely defined. You simply download Plans and run them on your ShopBot to make the item. The second type are modifiable Projects. With a Project you interact with Project Wizard to customize the files for your use before you download. You'll be able to get the size and features just the way you want them. [Project Wizard]

Using the Talk ShopBot Forum and the ShopBot Wiki for Help.  Some of the most knowledgeable people around about CNC cutting and machining are ShopBotters. Many ShopBotters enthusiastically share their wisdom by answering questions and providing tips and comments on our Talk ShopBot Forum and the new ShopBot Wiki. Getting Training.  We offer a variety of courses here in Durham to make you quickly effective with your CNC tool and to help you learn how to adapt CNC to the production needs of your shop. In addition, we can provide on-site training (and installation services), specialized to your operations. Training videos and tutorials are available to help you with design software and CNC projects.

International Issues and Assistance.  ShopBots can be found working productively in factories and workshops around the world. We are working to collect as much information as possible to help and guide international purchasers of our equipment. This includes information that will help you configure your tool to local electrical requirements, information on international shipping and customs, and on other local matters that may be relevant to your region of the world. We sell our tools directly from the USA, but we are increasingly developing regional resources and representatives to help you efficiently and effectively adapt a ShopBot to your needs.
